  • Coverage time depends on the event. Most events include 2-3 hours of filming, which allows us to capture a wide range of guest interviews. Extended coverage is available if needed.

  • A professionally edited video plus optional social-ready clips, delivered digitally via a secure web-link.

  • It depends on your event and how many guests pop in - usually anywhere between 3–10 minutes,

  • Standard delivery is 10-14 days. Rush options are available.

  • Yes — one set of minor revisions are included.

  • While ChatBox is designed to encourage natural, engaging guest participation, the quality, tone and energy of individual contributions are outside of ChatBox Studios’ control and may vary depending on guest willingness, confidence and sobriety.

  • Raw clips are not available, unless as an optional add-on.

  • Yes — vertical, shareable edits are available for TikTok and Instagram as an optional extra.
